Comment Soginif Holding collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email, address, profile photo if you add one.
  • Messages sent from the contact form or WhatsApp.
  • Subscriptions, reservations, contracts, payment schedules and payments related to your properties.
  • Identity documents and supporting documents requested before a contract is signed (due diligence obligations).
  • Reviews you submit from your client area.
  • Technical connection data (IP address, date and time) to keep your account secure.

Why we use it

  • Answer your requests and process your subscriptions.
  • Draw up and perform reservation and sale contracts, track your payments and send you receipts and payment reminders.
  • Comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and anti-money laundering.
  • Publish your review on the website, only after you submit it and we approve it, under the display name you choose.

Who can access it

Authorised staff of Soginif Holding and, when your file requires it, our partners (notaries, surveyors, financial institutions) as well as the competent authorities. Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes by third parties.

Retention period

For the whole business relationship, then for the periods required by law (in particular accounting and tax). A contact request with no follow-up is deleted at the latest three years after the last exchange.

Cookies and third-party services

The website only uses the cookies it needs to work: your login session and your language choice. The location map is provided by Google Maps and the WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp service: these services apply their own privacy rules when you use them.

Security

The website and the client area are only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each client only sees their own properties, contracts and documents. You can change your password and close your active sessions from your client area, Security section.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use, within the limits of our legal obligations, by writing to support@soginif.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Côte d'Ivoire telecommunications and ICT regulator (ARTCI).
